While I am not familiar with that area as I do not live in Texas, I would recommend doing one of 2 things.

1.) If you want to buy them from an actual retail shop and you have a particular brand in mind, go to the manufacturer's website and use their dealer locator. Most of the big name brands like Rollerblade, K2, and Solomon offer a tool that allows you to simply enter your city and state, or your zip code and they will find all of the authorized dealers in that area.

2.) If you are comfortable shopping online, you can find an online retailer that sells rollerblades and you can have them shipped right to your door. This is really a great option because then you aren't limited to just the models that the physical retail shop has. You can spend the time to search for a model you like and find it in the size you need.
