Depends on the tool. Sears contracts different companies to build different tools. You can usually find the manufacturing company in the owners manual.
Waterloo makes Craftsman toolboxes
I don't have the owner's manual for the Sears Craftsman air compressor model 919.156620 directly available. However, you can often find manuals on the official Craftsman website or other online resources such as manual archives and forums dedicated to tools. Additionally, you might check with Sears customer service or local tool supply stores for assistance in obtaining a copy.
A rotary tool would be any tool that has a rotating motion such as a rotary sander. You can read more about rotary tools at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotary_tool. It's unlikely, however, that a rotary tool would be needed to fix your mower. Perhaps you should take it back where you got it to have it serviced by a pro.
you first read the owners manual to see how the tool works and the right way to use it
No, the Proxxon uses a coller system where the rotary tool slides into the holder. The Dremel uses a threaded system where the rotary tool is threaded into the holder. The Proxxon is more precise way of attaching a rotary tool.
The Craftsman 154 piece Mechanics Tool Set does indeed come with a lifetime warranty and Craftsman stands behind all their products.
Read the owners manual. There should be a key/tool provided to operate the spare tire holding mechanism.
Maintenance is required. Your owners manual will tell you what service is needed. Can be just an oil/filter change.
this tool is not available
A remote support tool would be the users manual. Any problems that may occur with your remote, the owners manuel will be able to provide a solution to fix the problem.
You probably won't. They were never published separately, only with the tool.
