Its been a long time but the flasher hangs in the wiring harness under the dash to the left of the steering column
Have your Ford dealers parts department print out a picture of the flasher location for you. They will do this if you ask.

Tutn signal flasher is located on the steering column. Revove the cover that is located between the steering wheel and the instrument panel. The Flasher is yellow. I did not have to replace mine, some wires were loose.
