I found what I think the IAT is located on the 08 xD (I have one). It is in the MAF near the throttle body and is a combination Air Flow Sensor and Air temp assembly. The leftmost 2 wires are connected to the IAT (you can see the thermistor) and on mine, the wires are the green and yellow ones going to the plug assembly. I put a 4.7K resistor across (paralleled) the sensor, and hope to have a better low end performance when I try it tomorrow. The 4.7k resistor should simulate 57 degree incomig air and add more fuel and advance the timing aprox 1.5 degrees (so I read) hope this answers your question Aloha from Hawaii - no 57 degree incoming air here :>)
What color wires at the maf sensor belong to the iat sensor?
