On a 1986 Toyota pickup truck, the fuel relay is typically located in the engine compartment, near the fuse box. It is often mounted on the driver's side, either on the firewall or near the battery. You may need to refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific diagrams to locate it precisely, as placement can vary slightly by model and engine type.
