If your truck is a crew cab or extended cab it will be under the rear seat on the passenger side. (The seat pulls up) There is a mount for the jack and a bolt sticking up from the floor to which the 3 rods for lowering the tire or jack are supposed to be attached. The problem is that people use the kit and then do not put it back in place so it could be floating around anywhere in the truck cab or more likely, lost-which is why eBay gets $100 for used kits.
