the OBD II plug should be under the steering wheel area at the bottom of the Dash.
The OBD-II plug on a 2000 Range Rover is typically located under the dashboard, near the driver's side. You should look for it just above the pedals, near the steering column. It may be obscured by a panel, so you might need to remove that panel to access the connector.
OBD Plug is behind the small removeable cover (grey plastic) directly below the steering wheel. Just pull the cover off.
