Driving penalties are so harsh because let's think about this everytime we heard about car accidents it's not only the driver who causes the accident that sustaines severe injuries but also the other drivers who are on the road. Penalties in reckless driving were established because sometimes accident were henious that life is at steak. laws were implemented because the government wants the motorist to know what will be the consequences in violating this laws. but let's be honest the more heavier the penalty is the more the drivers are being harsh on the road; driving drunk, driving while texting, driving without license, drivers that carries cocaine and other drugs that are prohibited. this kind of stuff are the usual mess in the high ways causing lives and causes heavy traffic leading some people on the road stuck that are going for work or having an emergency.
