There is air in the entire system and the many turns in the radiator make it the likeliest place for it to become trapped and stop water flow. Properly fill and bleed the system also add automatic air vents in order to stop this from happening. If you are constantly bleeding air from the same location put an auto vent there, at least temporarily until all the air is gone.
You have to remove the bolt in the front top of the intake manifold where the top hose of the radiator goes and fill with water and squeeze the hose and you have to keep doing that until the air is removed, as the level of water goes down, keep filling with water etc. until it doesn't go down any more. You may have to do this a couple of times after you drive the car for awhile to get all the air out.
If the water is circulating, simply fill the radiator while the car is running. If there is an air blockage, a heate hose that loops up, you can install a T fitting in it that will allow the air to escape. Usually running the car while filling will do it.
fill the radiator and reservoir with water and when it gets to the top of the radiator cease halt filling it and rock the car back and forth till the air bubbles stop coming and then top it off and you should be good to go.
