Pump oil : unscrew around 3/4" plastic screw on brass pump on bottom at rear of pump. Pull the machine back and lay it on its handle to drain it all out. You can order the correct amount in a bottle from Sears or get the bigger bottle of synthetic pump oil like I did and a baby bottle from Walmart with ounces on it and make a hole in the nipple. I'm not walking 200ft to the garage. I don't remember how many ounces it takes. You should run it for a minute to heat both crankcase oil and pump oil to make sure you get it all out. Shouldn't have gas or crankcase oil in it since your turning the machine on its end.

You could drive the car to florida or add some salt to the tank, that will melt the ice, then add washer fluid that is temperature rated for your area, so it won't refeeze.
