To align the front end of a 1963 Nova, first ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and check tire pressure. Measure the camber, caster, and toe-in using alignment tools. Adjust the tie rods to achieve the correct toe specifications, typically around 1/16 inch toe-in. Finally, verify the alignment by taking the car for a short test drive and rechecking the measurements.
Thru 74 only. You need a 75 & up.
62, 3, and 4, other than some minor grill changes, are the same. 65, will work, however, there were major front end changes to the 65, so they do differ, noticably.

To align the front end of a Kawasaki Bayou 220, you will need to adjust the tie rod ends connecting the steering knuckles to the front wheels. Loosen the lock nuts on the tie rod ends and turn the adjuster to align the wheels straight. Once aligned, tighten the lock nuts to secure the adjustments. It's recommended to have the alignment checked by a professional if you're unsure.
It's not a DIY job, you need to take it to a place that does wheel alignments.
The sheet metal will go, but you have to use later bumper, etc. You should stay with pre 73 since style is more popular & parts are easier to get new.
Nova Studios ended in 1986.
If the alignment is good and the front end parts are not worn (some people will align the front end with worn parts) it only leaves the tires. Rotate the two front tires and if they are bad you will notice the difference right away
