it does not have a distributor , it has coil packs

HI, First assure your pcv. system isn't clogged. Second remove your oil cap and see if you have pressure blowing out. If it's the latter of the 2 your rings are worn engine will need rebuild. If it's neither replace distributor.
It is right behind the distributor and screewed into the top of the engine block.
It is screewed into the back TOP side of the engine just behind the distributor. It is hard to get to.
The thermostat housing is located at the front of the engine just beneath the distributor.
