hi the sparks plugs on the s320 is under the cover . when you look at the engine there will be cover with 6 star screws take the air filter component off then you can take the cover out you will se them six of them bosh is your best replacement parts
You can flush the evaporator out, or replace it. Both will require specialty knowledge in repairing air conditioning systems. Take your can in to a professional to have it fixed.

The evaporator in the '03 Silverado is under the dash on the passenger side. Unfortunately to replace it, you have to remove the front dash. This is probably one where you will need to take it into the shop.
