The oil FILLER cap is turned about a quarter ( 1/4 ) turn to the left and lifted out.
The oil filter is removed by using a special tool to unscrew it from the engine block.
Well you wont like the truth but 4cylinders only had about 90hp, 6 cylinders about 110hp. but a car that's mostly plastic it doesn't take much.
Take it out and put new in? Each part is held in differently and I can't type 300 pages of instructions.
Most Pontiac engines will take around 6 quarts of oil....with a filter change.
depends on the angle of the trailers liftgate (ramp) & who you have for help, fieros are little but not light. they have a steel skeleton frame that puts the car @ about 4000lbs.
Take 3 quarts with filter change

sounds like you may have a clogged fuel filter
take off trans. oil pan and you can,t help but see it

A 1996 Pontiac Bonneville requires 5.7 quarts of oil in the crankcase. The oil filter should also be changed with the oil.
The V6 starters all interchange If you are willing to experiment a little the lightweight starters off the same series engines in front drive GMs fit all so. Look for 3.1 and 3.4 engines from about 1996 on. Mine came from a Pick n Pull where you take your own parts of the salvage cars.
