If they are asking if you have been convicted of a crime, yes you need to disclose.
What the heck is a DWI?????????? Maybe?
I would hope not. You have a DWI on your license, you should be in jail , not acting as a nurse. A nurse is someone who has the profession of helping protect the life and health of others, a DWI er is someone who gives nurses job security.
A DWI attorney is tasked with defending clients who have been charged with a DWI. They generally attempt to obtain a favorable sentencing and charge for the client.
With a truck driving job, yes.
This would be a case by case basis. Only the state can decide if you are eligible for UI.
Employers in Wisconsin have to keep job applications on file for at least one year. This is due to federal law, not state law.
I just talked to an HR person for our state government, and asked her that exact question. She replied that there are some positions that a DUI will disqualify you from, but most positions it will be a considered factor if there are many applicants, but by no means a deal killer. She says she sees those on applications all the time. Now if there are two or more, that might be a different story.
Insufficint information given to answer the question specifically. It will all depend on the rules and requirement of the Gaming Commission of whichever state you happen to wish to work in.
Yes, but you aren't likely to be able to land a job driving. A DWI makes you pretty much un-hirable in the trucking business.
Well, they really, REALLY frown on DWI in the big state of Texas and it is quite likely that you will need to wait for the DWI to become at least 7-10 years old before they will look past it. Looks like its labor jobs until you figure out how to keep from bending your elbow before you go for a drive.....
Probably not very good. Normally the DWI's would have to be more than 10 years old.
EUC, or Emergency Unemployment Compensation can only be gotten from the state you lost your job in. Once that is accomplished, you can transfer if necessary.
