How do I get to the flywheel bolts on a 98 dodge dakota to remove a transmission
right next to the motor
No
if its the same size motor it will.
No, The transmission below the vehicle where you sit connected onto the motor. Its quite big and im sure it was expensive to rebult. Your alternator is located in the front of the motor usually where the radiator is. Its connected to the motor and has the main belt connected to it. You can search google to see pictures of alternators. They usually cost around 100 for a rebuilt one.
It depends on what for engine is in the motor home If it's a big block and you want to put it on a small block you will have to change the bell housing And with out a doubt the transmission mount I am sure it mounts different in moter home. But it can be done. You can put a Chevy alternator on a dodge if you know what your doing, I'm not trying to be a smart a-- I've done it Good luck!
Sure. The real question is, "Why?"
