The wire color for a windshield wiper motor in an S10 pickup that connects to the fuse is white. The high speed wire is purple, the low speed wire is gray.

It is attached directly to the wiper motor. Remove the three small screws that hold a black plastic cover on the wiper motor. The pulse board is under that cover. Most of your wiper motor problems are from a faulty pulse board.

Fire, or power, to the wiper motor in a 1985 s10 Blazer comes from the battery, through the wiper switch and to the motor. Check the switch, fuse, and all connections to find the loss of power.
It is attached to the wiper motor. It can be easily changed without removing the wiper motor. Unplug the wire harness to the wiper motor, remove the three small screws holding the cover in place, remove the cover, remove the pulse board.

it is on the wiper motor unplug wires unscrew cover and it pops out gos back in just the same
Most all wiper motor problems can be cured by replacing the pulse board only. The pulse board is available at your local auto parts store and can be changed easily from under the hood without removing the wiper motor.
if it is a new style s10 they had a common problem of the wiper control module going bad and intermittenly quiting. the module is located underneath the wiper motor cover.
