try using zmax i had the same thing on a car i had and it worked for me
The magnitude of her acceleration on the rough ice is the measure of how fast her speed is changing in a specific direction while she is moving on the rough ice.
The car will idle rough and hesitate during acceleration.
Have you considered the fact that its a 95 metro with a 1. nothing in it
its a chev try changing fuel and air filters
Sounds like your catalytic converter is getting plugged. The Rough idleing could also be apart of the IAC (Idle Air Control valve) being gunked up. Check the cats first, then if it continues to idle rough, take the IAC out and clean it with throttle body cleaner.
have the Fuel injectors checked out.
A sign of leaking valve seals on a 5.7-liter HEMI engine is increased oil consumption, often accompanied by blue smoke from the exhaust, particularly during startup or acceleration. Additionally, you might notice a rough idle or a decrease in engine performance. If there's a buildup of oil around the valve covers or a significant amount of oil in the intake manifold, these can also indicate failing valve seals.
A bad fuel injector.
Will idle rough and run rough at a steady speed, but run faily well under acceleration.
Yes, a clogged fuel filter can cause rough acceleration. When the filter is blocked, it restricts the flow of fuel to the engine, leading to insufficient fuel delivery. This can result in poor engine performance, including hesitation or rough acceleration, as the engine struggles to get the fuel it needs to operate smoothly. Regular maintenance, including replacing the fuel filter, can help prevent this issue.
I am having the same problem, and poor acceleration!!
