Turn the AC or the Defroster off.
Just push it a few feet with the ignition switch turned on and pop the clutch.
I'm not a gambling man but I would risk a shilling that the radiator fan is running Peugeot fans are not ignition controlled, and do start at times after the engine is switched off.
I don't know I think its the ignition or some part there of
No. My 2002 Softail (Deuce) will start in gear, clutch in or clutch out, if the ignition is turned on.
Make sure you have the right key because the door key will turn the ignition but won't start the car.
The ignition module will send a signal when the key is turned. If the module is no good the signal is not sent to the other ignition parts, thus not allowing the car to start
i have no clue i have the same problem with my Mazda 1999 626

plenty of things could be a starter, alternator, ignition switch, bad spark...
To remove the radiator from a 2000 Mazda Millenia S, start by disconnecting the negative battery cable and draining the coolant from the radiator. Next, remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, along with any transmission cooler lines if applicable. Then, detach the radiator mounting brackets and carefully lift the radiator out of the engine bay, taking care not to damage any surrounding components. Finally, reverse the process to install the new radiator.
