You have too much oil in the engine.

I'm not a mechanic / technician but I believe a plugged PCV valve or PCV hose
will cause oil to come out of the engine oil dipstick
Could also be some serious blow-by from a worn high mileage engine.

i would think crude oil is the answer to this question.
