Be careful not to handle the bulb with your bare hands. The grease from your fingers will effect the life span of the bulb.

If it's the same as a 96 Pontiac Grand AM GT, than you would need a 10mm socket and rachet there are three bolts on top of headlight remove these and just pull out headlight. Disconnect the wire going to the bulb you want to replace.

Check the left turn signal bulb. It is probably burnt out.

I would suggest purchasing the CNC milled metal gear, as the gear that comes stock with the headlight motor is nylon and has a tendency to get stripped.

Gosh, I don't have anything which lists part numbers. I think your best bet would be to call or drop into a GM dealership. They should be able to look that up for you.
