I believe you can do that there gm engines and both v-6s i have a 1983 s-10 and put a crate engine in it and it looked identical to the one that was in a Pontiac sunfire so i think it would. if you can stick a 350 in them i cant see what you could not put in them, within reason of course hope i helped you....
If its a V6, the 2000 grand am would have to be a GT. If it's a 4 cyl, then yes it could fit.
The Mercury 50 Thunderbolt, which is a model of outboard motor, was first introduced in the late 1950s. Specifically, the 9250049 model number corresponds to a motor from the early 1970s, likely around 1971. Therefore, as of 2023, the age of this particular outboard motor would be approximately 52 years.
NADA good condition about two grand
yes it should bolt right up as well as the original motor and tranny
I would estimate $2,500-3,000
The solenoid on this model is part of the starter motor, mounted directly on top of it.
??...i would say the kind that lubricates...??
Not seeing a picture of the motor or the motor, I can tell you that this week I bought a 1958 5.5 hp and one in the early 50s also a 5.5 hp one I got for $45.00 the other for $65.00 But I would say the value of a motor like this is in the eyes of the collector
That is a front wheel drive, transverse mounted motor, so I do not see it. The Grand Prix, now, would work, because they did it in the Impala. The Grand am is a little too small.
Motor Toon Grand Prix happened in 1994.
An 85 hp Evinrude, model number "85"093D, would be a 1970 year model. An Evinrude model number beginning with 35, would be a 35 hp engine.
The motor is a 1993 model.
