There is no real 'minimum', archer towers are among the hardest things to kill behind rams and pults due to the way combat works. Use max amount of archers, highest atk hero, and put 1-100 (depending on enemy troop count) of every other thing except scouts as a 'shield'
The more things the towers need to waste a turn shooting between you and your archers the better. If your attack is under 100 there's usually no way to beat 12k+ on the first try. Build more archers so the second group will punch through. Alternatively send 300k warriors first and THEN the main group.
The exact answer to the number of troops needed to defeat an incoming attack of 100,000 archers depends upon quite a few variables. The ideal situation for defense would include the defending city having:level 10 walls, with over 17,000 archery towersall "my items" (button under the characters picture) under "items" tab that relate to defense being appliedlevel 10 studies in the Academy in Iron Work, Archery, Engineering, MachineryA hero appointed to mayor with a higher "attack" skill point level than the hero leading the incoming attackThe "defense" value of each troop in the town being maximum (for instance in the barracks, compare the defense strength of a Cataphract to that of an archer)The Rally Point having the "open gates to fight" option checked so the troops can fight. (If this isn't checked even having 50,000 cataphracts wouldn't help in the fight, they would simply be hiding in the barracks)The embassy having the check-mark in it to allow alliance members to garrison troops there. The embassy level being sufficient to house as many armies as the alliance can send to help.
It would depend, but it would generally be around 3,000 sq ft.
It would be even.
How much would a person have to pay for dentures? And would it be cheaper to get to pair?

Yes, archer towers are useful in Evony for defending your city against enemy attacks. They provide long-range firepower to help weaken incoming enemy troops before they reach your walls or other defensive structures. Upgrading archer towers can further enhance their defensive capabilities in protecting your city.
First, You need a big army. The right thing to do Is scout the city, then send 1 infantry unit (preferably a warrior) Then after that you need to look for any Archer Towers or rolling logs and defensive trebuchets. I would usually send 3x as many archers as archer towers they have. Rolling logs and trebuchets u just need numbers. Now for their army. Say, if they have a army like me they would have 80,000 warriors, 20,000 archers, 7500 Swordsman, Lots of transports( 3500+), and 10,000 ballistae, along with 1-2k of everything else. Now I would send 2x of everything AT LEAST. Now then along with scouting there is math involved. Add the total number of resources and send enough transporters to cover. When loyalty is down to 0 you get the city. But, after the first attack, you can just send archers. 20,000 usually does it.
Soldiers who mainly fired Arrows were called Archers.
An archer would use his/her bow and arrow to fire at attackers attacking the castle. Most of the archers would try to protect the castle. Some would attack castles. They would try to aim for the head and maybe the feet. Some attack/defend on horses.
There are a number of factors surrounding this issue. 1. The size of said horse 2. How many people with the surname "Archer" you can find 3. The size of the people with the surname "Archer" If the horse is large and strong, then you may be able to fit up to 4 Archers on that horse. This would rely on said Archers being relatively small. However, one might find it difficult to find enough people with the surname "Archer" to fit on one horse. This will sometimes alleviate the problem of needing to fit as many Archers on to what could possibly be a small horse. The size of the Archers is of course very important. Generally, people with the surname "Archer" are of a small build, however some people with this surname are American citizens, and therefore are much, much larger than your average Archer. In conclusion, use your best judgement, knowledge and experience. It is a broad question, but this should help guide you on what to think about.
Theirs many ways but here's the 2 most common and easiest ways. METHOD 1 WARRIOR / PIKEMEN / ARCHER / CAVALRY / RAMS CONFIG The easiest method I have come across to take a LV 12 doesn't require high hero attack but only a good number of ballista. You will only lose about 4,000 ballista on the breaker. The spam waves before will eliminate the traps causing them to miss your important troops. Hero level and attack does not matter for loyalty and spam waves. Wave 1 to 30 - 2,000 warriors / 2,000 scouts (spam waves) Wave 31 - 2,000 workers / 3,000 warriors / 122,000 ballista and hero attack of 285 (breaker wave) Waves 32 and on - 10,000 archers / 20,000 warriors (loyalty waves) __________________________________________________ ______ METHOD 2 WARRIOR / PIKEMEN OR SWORDSMEN / ARCHER / CAVALRY / RAMS CONFIG If you don't have the ballista and need to use other troops, your losses will depend on your hero attack. Your going to use a mix of archer rainbows and pikemen. With Hero attack 200 Launching from a Lv10 city without war ensign Wave 1 to 30 - 2,000 warriors / 2,000 scouts Wave 31 - 33 - 100,000 pikemen Waves 34 - 35 - 100,000 archers Wave 36 - 42 (7 waves) - 1,000 workers / 1,000 warriors / 1,000 scouts / 1,000 swordsmen / 95,000 archers / 500 cataphracts / 500 cavalry Waves 43 and on (loyalty waves) - 10,000 archers / 20,000 warriors
It depends. Defending: If you have been colonized before and te enemy had 30000 warriors and 30000 archers like what happened to me, you would want an army of about 40000 warriors, 3000 ballistae, 2000 catipults, and about 10000 archers. You also want wall defences. Attacking: If you are attacking a village you will want about 5000 warriors. If it's a town about 10000. Fort 40000. City 100000-250000. It all depends on what troops they have.
The only time I have heard of archers using a line atttached to their arrows was for fishing. The range is short and the archer stays dry.
No. Archers were equivalent to what would be field artillery in a modern military force.
The number of archers needed for a level 12 history city in Evony would depend on various factors such as the size of the city, the strength of your opponents, and your preferred strategy. It is difficult to provide an exact number without these details. However, it is recommended to have a balanced army composition with a mix of archers, cavalry, and infantry units.
many fishes like some peaceful cichlids like rams, angels can live with archers since they are a asian species so i would advice to keep asian fishes only but you can do reseach also.............
archers whatever battles you can think of involving England before guns were invented, you can guarantee that our archers kicked ass. that's where the two fingers comes from. at the battle of Agincourt (ah-jin-coor) (Google it for more info) if the french caught our archers, they would cut off the two fingers that were used to pull back the bowstring, rendering the archer useless, so archers that still had their fingers showed them to the french as a way of saying "I still have my fingers so i can still annihilate you with my longbow!"
