By 'supposed to weigh', it's entirely a matter of definition. Which definition you would like to consider?: society dictating what you should weigh; what is considered healthy; what you would like to weigh; etc.

As I have no interest in the first definition and I have no idea on the 3rd one, I'll concentrate on the middle one: what is considered healthy.

It would depend on your general level of fitness but the standard measurement of how 'skinny, normal or fat' someone may be is what's known as their Body Mass Index (BMI).

In a nutshell, the Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

By using an online BMI calculator (link below), it estimates that a 5 foot tall *adult* person should weight between 95 to 127 pounds to fall within the 'Normal range' (which would be a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9)

My only caution with these calculations is when considering a person of 14 years whose body is still growing and developing, a balanced diet with a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise and sleep patterns would IMHO (I'm not a medical doctor, btw) be a better idea than concentrating on what weight one should be.
