You've got a 1969 mint set which is fairly common. Your main value comes from the 2 half dollars which are 40% silver. As a set (both the red and blue packages) I'd say they'd be worth $10 or so. Mostly because of the 40% silver half dollars. There really isn't much demand for these sets and so they trade roughly for their melt value.
