Yes, Because I personally would not want a infected tooth in my mouth. I would like to get that tooth out because I would not want to have to deal with that breath taking pain.
Normally, when I used to loose a tooth,I would get a cup of warm water, and put some salt in it. I would then take a big sip, (Like mouth wash) and not drink it,but swish it around in my mouth, then spit it out after a while in the sink,it helps stop the bleeding from the gums

If you mean ''What will happen of your tooth comes out and the permanent tooth came out too?'' then you will have to get that spot of your mouth replaced with a fake tooth or get a fake tooth that you can take in and out (but not like dentures), because when my dad was little, his Dentist accidentally pulled the wrong teeth out of his mouth and they gave him 'pop-in' teeth that he takes out every night before he goes to bed and puts back in in the morning before he goes to work. Hope I helped!!!
This sounds like an abscess. These can be very painful and you could be in danger of losing your tooth. It would be a good idea to visit your dentist ASAP.
