I'm a Doctor up in New York City main hospital (NYCH). My name is David Robson and I am 49, and i have been studying and treating people for about 30 years now. I graduated at south pacific in Texas and went to collage in New York. So your question is can you grow an inch in 1 month, sorry but you cant grow an inch in only one month. In research and my studies you cant at all. Also between the ages 1-14 year old girls are full grown and when they are around 18-25 the grow a couple inches in like a few years. Now for boys ages 14-18 they grow taller then the girls. They shoot up in height mostly because of there excursize they do to try to impress the ladies. But once they turn 20 they usually and very uncommon don't grow at all. So there you have it you can not grow an inch in one month. ITS IMPOSSIBLE!! It takes along time to get there, and inch is almost the size of a nail polish bottle. So if you think of it, its obvious you cant grow that fast! So wait about a year or more to grow that okay because whoever is reading this right now i have to say sorry if you wanna grow that fast. Oh and remember that its all in the age limits of growing for boys and girl very different. Well there you go, i hope now you realize you cant grow that fast. HEY mr 49 year old doctor... i disagree with u terribly ... and u didn't even spell excersize right....... anyways im 15 i have 10 friends that grew 3 inches over the summer along with me ... because we all work at our growing by stretching running and eating right and sleeping right ... also i have a friend who grew 2 inches in a month... sorry to put u down doctor but u can grow an inch in a month so if i were u i would stick to helping ppl with medical problems .. no offence all respect..
