While it's technically possible to remove a tragus piercing after one week, it's generally not recommended. Piercings typically require a healing period of at least 6 to 8 weeks before they can be safely removed without risking irritation or closure of the hole. It's best to follow your piercer's aftercare advice and allow the piercing to fully heal before considering removal.
That is a job for a professional body piercer, they need to measure the tragus to ensure the right size of jewellery is used. Not all traguses are the same. So see your professional body piercer for guidance.
Why? You never remove the jewellery in a fresh piercing to clean it, you clean the piercing and jewellery in place while in the shower, that should be more than enough. You can do damage to the new tissue trying to form by removing the jewellery, your written aftercare instructions should out line how to care for your new piercing.
Nope. Wait at least 6 weeks
It depends but usually no longer than 2 weeks. Most people say 1 week for soreness.
Not unless you want to loose the piercing you paid good money for. Look if you take the jewellery out it will close and what is the point in taking it out, it isn't healed yet and wont be for another 6 to 8 weeks.
Week
By that i guess you are asking how longs after the piercing do you have to wait?? If so, I was told 1 week before swimming in chlorinated swimming pools
1 week

You Really shouldnt take them out because they could close up but if you really need to then you can
I take 1 1/4 ML (2) tims per week
1 year after having it done, you can take the jewellery out for an 8 hour period without fear of the piercing closing up.
