If you are in the dying process: you just wash it out with shampoo If you are trying to get rid of it: idk, let it fade
It will remain the colour you have dyed it, but dont dry it with a hair dryer afterwards because it will become to hot and the dye will come out.
You must bleach your hair before dying it with caramel, or else it will not show the color.
Generally yes, unless you're getting your hair dyed in which case they can't wash your hair or else they would damage your scalp when dying your hair.

You can shampoo if you wish, it just means your hair will most likely be damaged more by the dying process.
I'm sure you can but you will have to wash your hair to get the dye out anyway so its really not worth it.
I washed my hair about a day and a half after dying it...at the salon i got it done. i took a bath to test my hair and just the dye from my scalp came off. you could tell from the bath water. but yea so wait a day or two to wash your hair. and if you have dandruff the dandruff comes out what ever color you died your hair. it didnt happen to me but it was funny.
When you first get a perm, wait 48 before you wash your hair. After that, you can wash it every day or as needed. I wash mine every day because my hair is very fine. It all depends on your hair type.
