Sikhs are often seen with long beard&hair, which is covered with a turbine. They never crop their hair or shave their face.If they do so,it's against their religious beliefs. They also should not appear in public without their turbine on head.

yes, some females can .but not very much have them.
Sikhs wear the turbans as a religious practice. They don't usually cut their hair hence they have long beards and wear the kind of turban called a 'pagri' to protect their hair from dust and to cover them up so they wont flash on their face while working.
They grow beards to keep warm in the harsh, cold winters. Some use their beards as "flavor-savers". Others grow them to cover up their hair-lips, or scars from bear-attacks.
Yes!! some lady grew the longest female beard of about four inches?
When women grow beards it is due to the same hormones that causes men to grow beards, testosterone. Both girls and boys have testosterone in their systems, just like both boys and girls have estrogen in their systems.
yes
There is no minimum limit Sikhs grow their hair to - they grow it until it reached its 'natural equilibrium' and stops growing on its own.
