As a mask, it is only reccommended that you leave it on 10-15 mintes. As a spot treatment, it can be left on overnight. HOWEVER...I went ahead and broke the rules and left it all over my face one night. It worked great! I don't just have spots...I have acne everywhere...so I figured it was just one big spot treatment. Also, I have extremely oily skin. So this method works for me! If you have dry skin, it might dry you out too much.
So a little might get on your pillow or in your hair...but who cares! It get's rid of the zits! Go ahead and leave it on all night! :)
