I just searched on Google, and it looks like you should use 100% cocoa butter. I also read that Vitamin E helps, and one of the Google Ads mentioned a product called Dermisil. I have been tanning for about a month now, on and off. When I began I had significant noticable scars near my underarms and my waistline, due to a ten pound weight loss/gain fluctuation over a period of a few years.
I use Tone 24 Hour Quick Absorbing Body Lotion moisturizing lotion a quick rub in the am and another in the pm, daily, as it contains cocoa butter as well as Aloe Vera and Papaya (smells delicious --the island mist scent) which is crucial to any tanning endeavor...And while tanning I'm using Australian Gold Crystal 5 dimension bronzing lotion which contains 5 bronzing agents and 21 nutrients (black walnut, DHA, lipobronze yada yada yada) ... So far my stretch mark scars are alot less prominent and my skin looks great- the elasticity and softness has improved.
Sephora sells many bronzing lotions and potions that give you a deep, rich looking tan almost to the point of not noticing scar tissue, which is another great option.
My experience with Mystic Tanning booths was successful as well.
Neosporin can help scars heal by preventing infection, but it may not make scars go away completely. It can help reduce the appearance of scars over time.
Topical application of vitamin E may help, especially if the scars are new.
Neosporin can help prevent infection in wounds, which may promote better healing and potentially reduce scarring. However, it is not specifically designed to heal scars.
Shea Butter can help Also, there are cosmetic surgeries to reduce the appearance of scars
Yes. Diabetic people's scars often heal slower than people scars who aren't diabetic.

Severe scars may require plastic surgery. Less severe scars should heal by themselves. Your skin will heal faster if you keep your skin moisturized with a moisturizing lotion (I recommend Valeline Intensive Care). And added I would recommend mederma or wal-greens scar gel. If you go by the directions your csar should heal faster than you expect. Mederna softens, lightens, and smoothes scars. Mederma is not not recommended on very large scars.
What can help the appearance, is coco butter. Coco butter lotion helps nourish it and helps it heal, making it visibly better.
yes , but it depends on what type of lotion you use. Shea or cocoa butter is good for marks, scars, stretchmarks, etc.
some scars heal over time
You give them time to heal. If scars are left, the only way to remove them is cosmetic surgery.
