The needle that is only available at a professional body piercer's studio and used in compliance with local health and safety regulations. You have no clue what you are doing and will just screw your nose piercing up, save the effort wasted by a bad idea and see a professional body piercer. Only a professional will get the piercing right the first time and you won't look like foolish with a poorly self done nostril piercing.

Whenever you go in for a Monroe piercing, the piercer will take a needle, usually either a 18-16 gauge, and pierce your lip with that. It doesn't leave a big hole at all. Only horribly uneducated people would pierce anything let alone a bellybutton with a piercing gun. Go to a piercer. They will pierce it with a sterile needle. DO NOT try to do it yourself. You will most likely end up with an infection and possibly a huge scar.
Re-piercing the same hole, especially with a big-bore needle, means there's a chance of running into some scar tissue. I'd have a pro do this instead of making a mess of it at home.
He has a big nose. They do not have big noses. I don't have a big nose.

No, unless it turns way big and then they stick a needle in it to get out the build up.
