I found that the more pro oxide made lighter hair. once you mix the two, you can apply it to hair in the same process you would regular dye, and let it sit for however long you want, of course the longer it stays in the hair, the lighter your hair will become. after I washed out the mixture, my hair was still extreamly soft and very much alive.
