There's not really a way to make your stomach feel hungry but there is a way to trick your brain into thinking you are hungry by eating or drinking certain things like white bread, drinking a glass of juice can shoot your blood sugar levels up and then back down again bringing on hunger. Some more foods to make you hungry are salty snacks, fast food, Alcoholic Beverages, white pasta, Chinese food, sushi rolls, adding artificial sweeteners to a drink, kids' cereals, and Pizza.
