your skin is really delicate it needs nutrients just like your body

here are 5 tips

1.you might already know this but drinking lots of water you may think i already drink lots though but here is on way to find out it may be gross but its the only way to know when you go to the toilet to know is you know your urine if its clear or pale yellow that means you are having allot of water witch is very good

2.your diet if your diet is full of lets say crisp take out Pizza chips etc. try to eat more fruits and juices and fiber nutrients but don't get rid of tasty snacks completely from your diet

3.getting a decent amount of sleep emm basically your bodies need time to heal and rest because you may not know your body does allot of healing and you may also not know that if you don,t sleep your skin emm goes pale so your red spots are more visible and so if you have dark circles

4.contact with environment for example if you work at a fast food joint your skin is surrounded by oil and dirt witch may be the cause of oily skin and when you sleep your cushion has all the dirt from your hair and if you are some one that sleeps on the side or front of your face so that means all the dirt from your hair and stuff goes on your face so to prevent that from happening wash your cushion regularly and wash your face very well in the morning

5.moisturising you may think i have oily skin so if i moisturise wont that make it more oily no it wont because when you wash your face all the natural oils and dirt comes off and if you moisturise after that if you moisturise your skin wont look oily it will get nutrients that will help your skin it wont look oily it will look healthy

so these are my tips hope they help and i would love to get feed back^_^
