If formocresol is spilled on your skin, you will feel a burning sensation. It burns! Take off your clothing and wash with soap and water immediately. Treat as a burn. It felt like the burning feeling was getting worse and worse so I went into the ER and was given a solution PegLyte to clean off the formocresol. My thighs currently are red just like a sun burn (exactly what the doctor said). Better to leave it untouched or you can put aloe vera, and take Advil for an anti-inflammatory. The doctor said to take note of spreding of the redness and for fever (means skin is infected) and go back to ER. You should also consult with your family doctor (which I will do tomorrow morning). It will hurt but right now it has soothed down, but my skin is rough like a burn and is peeling slightly. That's what I know and hope this will help anyone who is (hopefully not, be careful) experiencing this.
If a bottle of formocresol is spilled on the floor, it should be cleaned up immediately following safety protocols for handling hazardous materials. Formocresol is a strong irritant and can cause skin, eye, and respiratory irritation, so it is important to avoid direct contact and ensure proper ventilation during cleanup. A spill kit and appropriate personal protective equipment should be used to safely contain and dispose of the spill.

If acid is spilled on your skin, you should immediately rinse the affected area with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Do not neutralize the acid with a base as this can cause a chemical reaction. Seek medical attention if necessary.
Most common advise: start with immediate rinsing (with water of coarse)

The most simple answer is: The cat will most likely become poisoned from licking the bleach off its fur. If a lot of bleach is spilled on the cat, it will cause painful chemical burns on the skin, and will cause untold damage if any got in the cat's eyes, ears or nose. If bleach has been spilled on a cat, you must take it to a vet immediately.
If that happens, it is very likely that the electric equipment gets damaged.
