A good Skin Care routine all depends on your skin type ...

If you have:

Oily Skin:

Wash your face twice, everyday with an anti oil cleanser or face wash

and only moisturise at the start of the day.

Pale Skin:

Wash you face twice a day with a face wash without any harsh chemicals (I recommend the brand simple).

Moisturise at the start of the day with a moisturiser that has an spf (I recommend Neutogena multi defence day cream with spf 25)

Acne (Spotty Skin or skin that is likely to become spotty)

Wash your face at the start of the day with an anti acne face wash (I recommend Neutrogena pink grapefruit anti acne face wash)

wash your face at the end of the day with cold water only.

Make sure you wash your hair regularly too, to prevent grease coming onto your face, and tie up your hair if your hair hasn't been washed.

Ordinary Skin (Rarely get spots or blemishes)

Wash your face twice a day with cold water and apply a moisturiser at the start of the day.

Tip:

Always wash your hands before you touch your skin! To prevent grease clogging up pores.

Recommended Products and Brands:

Simple is a brilliant brand to be using for young teenagers (12 - 14 yr olds)

It hasn't got any chemicals and it is relatively cheap at boots and superdrug.

Neutrogena Daily Defense Creams - Comes with an spf perfect for paler skin.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Anti Acne Face Wash - Perfect for skin that gets spotty, if you follow the skin routine I provided, your spots should be gone in about 2 weeks.
