At its best, sweat is still sweat. Moisture fosters the growth of bacteria, and there is no escaping bacteria. Add to that even very small amounts of urine and waste that may remain on the skin unless you are able to physically wash with soap and water after each trip to the toilet. Urine is nutrient rich, at least for bacteria, and they have a field day with it. We are animals after all. Stay reasonably clean without getting obsessive about it. Wear appropriately light and comfortable clothing, and if you can do it without embarrassment to yourself or others, go commando. You might find this a little over the top, but if you can do so without embarrassment, wear as little as possible when home. Let everything air out. I don't think we were meant to be all tightly packed in and covered up during warm weather; I bet our far distant ancestors knew very well how to stay comfortable in the heat.
