It is important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the most appropriate course of action.
i had a hernia operation in the end of January 2010, and i asked my dr. who operated my surgery about when i can exercise . He answered 2 month after the surgery date. So i added an extra month on those 2 month for safety, then i went to exercise in the gym, but after half an hour of exercising i felt i little pain in the cut ( hernia cut ) so i stopped and I'm waitting and extra month to give the hernia cut time to recover. So i think it takes like 6 month to 100% recover. also after i finish my 6 months I'll write you and tell you if it is OK then or not.
