There are many types of cells. To make a long story short theres animal cells (which in case you didnt know humans are in the animal kingdom so animal cells are our cells us human beings!) and plant cells. In your body when one cell can split into another cell so then there will be two cells. one is the new one and one is the old one.
But nobody knows how many cells you have because every one is has a different number of cells! Its very interesting so you should look up
a question you have about cells!if you want to know more information
you can email me.Please dont spam me because i dont know if this is allowed! So when ill check the rules ill take that part out ok!

IN ADDITION:

In humans, by cell division, cells split into new cells. The ones that don't are brain cells. They don't reproduce at all throughout your life. Another that doesn't is blood cells. These are made inside the marrow part of your bones.
