The "fastest healing" part of your body is debatable, but may well be the inside of your mouth. In the normal act of eating lunch, you scrape thousands of cells away from the inside of your cheeks. By suppertime, almost all of those cells have been replaced.
I'm not sure it is the fastest healing part but I am sure they mean just the mucous membranes lining the mouth, not the bones of the jaw.
