I actually have a umbilical hernia at the moment. It hurts and is pushing out. Unfortunately I don't have insurance so I'm probably going to end up going into the emergency room. Wish we had free health care like Canada. You can't heal the hernia with exercise. A hernia is basically a tear in the abdominal muscle. The large intestine usually pushes at the weak spots of your stomach and if you do lots of sit ups and you have a weak spot it can actually cause you to get a hernia from the pressure. Now if you have a bulge the size of a grape or bigger surgery is going to be mandatory. If you don't get surgery you may end up causing the intestine to strangle itself and can even cause death. Exercise like sit-ups are great if you don't have an existing hernia because it strengthens your abdominal muscles and that can help you prevent a hernia.
I have been researching that same question. Cant seem to find any answers to it, other than one other woman's account of gaining major weight while having the hernia. I am in the same situation myself. Wish there was more documentation on this subject
it helps in losing weight
if you are having difficulty losing weight then the problem is either that you are not doing enough exercise or that you are eating too much. if you are trying to lose weight then the foods you need to eat are meat, fruit and veg because if you are doing lots of exercise then you will need energy.
Normally they do not have any correlation. But if you have prolonged rest after inguinal surgery and you have less muscle tone of back muscles, you may develop sciatica at times. Specially when you bent, twist and lift the weight, all at a time.
Any number of possible factors may be responsible for a hernia to develop. It may be the result of a weakness in the abdominal tissue, from a past operation, for instance. Excessive lifting may also result in a hernia. The chances of having one are more likely as we age, and those who are overweight, or pregnant, should be more cautious of getting a hernia, too.you can get a hernia by lifting heavy things for a few years or maybe months
No, this is a myth. The size and shape of the breasts can be affected by pregnancy, but they are also affected by your weight, the diet you eat, your over-all health, and your genes. There is no evidence that losing one's virginity immediately affects the size of the breasts. That said, if you lost your virginity and got pregnant, that will affect your breasts.

By losing weight.
Yes
If you have gained weight, losing weight may cause you to lose half a shoe size or more. There isn't any other way to shrink your shoe size. It is near impossible to go down two shoe sizes.
Most of the time it is the belly fat that people have trouble losing. Eat less portions and your apatite will shrink along with your weight
There is no patron saint of losing weight.
By doing strength and resistance training exercises on your lower body. Your fat cells are probably more concentrated in your lower body so you need to shrink them by dieting. Your body will lose weight wherever fat cells are concentrated.
A lack of motivation prevents many people from losing weight.
The purpose of wearing a hernia belt is to help prevent hernias. You must first select the proper belt and then place it over the hernia. These are very popular for weight lifters
