Clean water should not. Contaminated water, or water which contains sand or grit, is a different story. There's also a factor of exactly how it's being used. Looking directly into one of those high-pressure water jets used to cut stone, for example, is probably a bad idea.

Someone told me its the fish sick that really hurts your eyes buh i dont believe that because human sick doesn't (i tried it) ... (surfers dont get hurt by it because they got super surfer eyes )
