However curd is simply another form of milk, but yes its True, curd is better than milk for reasons:
- it is more easily digestible as it is already in broken form than milk.
- more acceptable by body
- keeps the body cool and relaxed. thanks, Vandana.
It depends. If you have milk Allergies, then certainly. Lactose intolerance is another dependent issue (some bacteria will efficiently break down the milk sugars and actually make it easier for a lactose-intolerant person to digest curdled milk). Otherwise, not really.
Think about soft cheeses, like ricotta, cottage cheese and the like. Basically, they're nothing more than curdled milk. Buttermilk and yogurt are basically "sour" milk. It may taste really bad, depending upon what strains of bacteria are causing the "spoilage." That's pretty much how the whole tradition of eating cheeses and cultured dairy products began in the first place.
In fact, the kind of bacteria contamination that wouldget you sick (usually from cross-contamination with something else like eggs or dirty hands) aren't discernible to the palate and wouldn't alter the milk at all.
basically all milk curdles after it goes past the sellby date. this makes it very gross to taste; i don't recommend trying it

Yes, but it is safer to chew it instead. Answer 2: I have always been taught that curdled milk means it is rotten. The curdles mean it has formed bacteria which could cause serious illness. It is used to make cheese, but that is the only form I would recommend eating it in. Reply to Answer 2: Actually, I would argue that milk is much like a fine wine, or a cheese if you will. It gets better with age. Did you know that the Roman Emperor spends his Friday nights eating curdled milk while watching Sex and the City? Response to Answer 1: Wow. You must have a very strong stomach!! Very funny by the way.
