Well, I don't know if your knee cap can just flip upside down one day, but maybe if you got seriously injured on your knee. I was born with it like that, so maybe it's just something you have always had, you just haven't noticed
It mean to go up to someone take a gun aim it at their knee cap and fire destroying their knee cap and making it hard to walk
the name of the bone in the knee is the kneecap there u go there is your answer.
The meniscus is the cartilage surrounding the lower part of you knee cap, it acts as cushioning between the knee cap and tibia/ fibula. Usually when when you injure your meniscus it is a tear, and it almost always causes pain. Also the meniscus can't regrow itself so if you have a grade 3 tear (a tear that reaches the edges) you will probably need surgery. A grade 2 tear is a tear inside the meniscus that doesn't go all the way through. Grade one is very mild and usually isn't felt until (if it is ever) made worse.
A knee can be dislocated as a result of a sudden impact and force directly on the knee. For example: a direct hit on the knee from a fall. It can be dislocated as a result of an awkward running position as well. Dislocations can also occur from medical problems associated with disease.
I want to explain this. I am a 27 year old female. This afternoon, I was laying on my couch with my knees bent. I was doing some minor leg exercises and I noticed my knee clicked when I extended my leg. It didn't hurt much, it just felt awkward. I wrote it off as a fleeing glitch in my body. Tonight, I happen to touch my knee when standing, and there is a hard lump that is about half of ping pong ball in size. It still doesn't hurt, but it is awkward to bend and straighten my leg. I know it is probably not an emergency, so I won't go to the ER, but I also don't want to take time off work to go to the doctor's office tomorrow. Should I give it some time to see if it goes away? If it came that fast, it can go fast too... right? Thank you in advance.

No, The Runaway mountain does not go upside down. We checked other research like yahoo.com and google.com and they research they agree with us that it does not go upside down. The Runaway Mountain goes on it side 2 times but not upside down they couldn't fit it in the cave. We ask the kids at Six Flags and they agree with us. If you want to go on something that goes upside down then go the Shockwave. Please stop this matter of saying stuff that are not true.
if you're talking about Samurai at Thorpe Park then yes, you do go upside... a lot.
