Nucleosomes. They make a few large and a few small Rna subunits of Ribosomes, and it now turns out that many hundreds of very-small Rna co-factors are also produced and exported to the cytoplasm to assist and partake in ribosome assembly and function.

The other type of newly studied small Rnas are the small nuclear (sn) Rnas that remain within the nucleus to affect gene repression and expression each in its own individual way. {Personally it seems that repression is more necessary (or, the Norm) for proper Cell functioning than expression.}

NUCLEOLIThe nucleus contains one or more small, dark staining, essentially round bodies called nucleoli (nu-kle'o-li; "little nuclei"). Nucleoli are sites where ribosomes are assembled.

Dense area within the nucleus which makes ribosomal subunits is called the 'nucleolus'. It is made up of the 'nucleolar organising regions' of some chromosomes along with certain ribonucleoproteins(RNPs). Ribosomal RNA and RNPs combine to give ribosome subunits which are transported out of the nucleus into the cytoplasm and assembled to form functional ribosomes during protein synthesis.

This is probably a nucleolus, one or more of which are in every nucleus.
