Not by itself. Any heartburn endured while on whizz is most likely a result of some other activity e.g. drinking to reasonable excess and not eating for a while whilst taking the meth. Best bet is more alkaline liquids such as milk or just water to neutralise the acid in your gut. Antacids help of course, but only use them when absolutely necessary as it damages stomach lining, which (if you're stomach contents are that acidic) could cause worse issues in the long run.
protip: just don't take meth. Even when used by an experienced psychonaut in a controlled environment with pure material.... it's still not that great after the first few goes. At least as you go on and take more over time the comedown isn't as horrific. That's really bad though as the 2-day comedown was always a fairly effective deterrent in the circles I know. Without that it's just a harsher, way more expensive alternative to popping 5 no-doz :P
Using meth won't cause pain in cavity directly but it will cause your natural saliva to dry up and all the wonderful good bacteria that float around in there and fight off infections and bad bacteria dry up with it which is a big part of the reason people who use meth and cocaine end up with rotten teeth.
The effects of meth on teeth can be seen within just a few months of regular use. Meth can cause a rapid decay of teeth and overall oral health due to its acidic nature and impact on saliva production. Regular meth use can lead to "meth mouth" characterized by severe tooth decay and gum disease.
Pepsin, an enzyme in the stomach, helps break down proteins in food. When pepsin is activated, it can help digest food more efficiently, reducing the amount of acid in the stomach that can cause heartburn symptoms.
Meth affects the central nervous system by flooding the brain with dopamine, the neurotransmitter responsible for feelings of pleasure and reward. Because meth provides the brain with an artificial source of dopamine, it can cause the neurotransmitter to fire abnormally. The brain will then chase that rush of dopamine, quickly facilitating addiction to meth. It may then be difficult for the brain to produce dopamine normally without the presence of meth.
Heartburn occurs when stomach acid backs up into the esophagus, causing a burning sensation in the chest. Prolonged exposure to stomach acid can damage the lining of the esophagus and lead to complications such as ulcers, strictures, and Barrett's esophagus. It can also cause discomfort and affect quality of life if left untreated.
