Because it depends on whether the temperature is hot, if it is hot then the body produces less urine because it finds other ways of loosing water. i.e. sweating.. And if the weather is cold its the opposite, so in cold weather our body actually produces more urine, and less other ways of loosing water from the body. an exception of loosing water when we breath out every time, but in not very great amount the water is lost. hope this helps..im not an expert...just a student..helping out...:))
