∙ 14y agoPlants are green because of pigments, including chlorophylls, that absorb light for photosynthesis. In deep parts of the ocean, where it is always dark, photosynthesis cannot take place (there is no light), so there is no need for these green pigments in plants that may exist there. Therefore any plants that do exist there would not be green, as production of chlorophylls would be a waste of energy and resources.

∙ 11y agoThere are no green plants at the bottom of the ocean due to the darkness. The compound that makes plants green is called chlorophyll, and it absorbs sunlight for photosynthesis. If there is no sunlight, chlorophyll is unnecessary.

It explains that the current biodiversity is the result of a long-going and ongoing process of reproductive variation and differential reproductive success.
Balance in nature is the right amount of organism, either its living or none-living,in the nature or ecosystem,it should be observed to prevent the rapid growth or the overlaping of organism in an ecosystem, that is why its okey for the animals to eat each other or other type of organism.example:when a snake eats a bird,
